1. Estimate My Delivery Date:
You may have questions about how long it will take to get your order. You can calculate a delivery estimate by taking the processing time (the time it takes to craft your order) for your product and adding the shipping time based on the shipping method you've chosen. Please refer to the sample below. Let's say you ordered a Boxer Short.
To calculate when to expect it, please go to the boxer short's product detail page and find the handcraft processing time estimate under the "Product Description". You would then add this estimate to the "Shipping Time" estimate for your chosen shipping method to get the total time until your order arrives.
e.g. Processing time of 3-6 business days plus shipping time (e.g. Priority Shipping) of 6-8 business days, so there will be 8-14 business days turn around time.
Turn around time for your order includes processing time and shipping time. Your estimated delivery date is an estimated date that is calculated based on these two factors:
- Processing Time: This is the time it takes to get your order ready to leave our warehouses. This includes handcrafting/preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. Processing time is displayed on the product detail page. Processing time differs from category to category, it will take longer for the made-to-order personalized jewelry due to the customization work involved. Please refer to the table below for the general processing and shipping times for an estimate on when to receive your order.
- Shipping time: The Shipping time is the amount of time it will take for your order to arrive at your address AFTER it has been shipped, and is dependent on the method of shipping you choose upon check out. With regular Standard Shipping, it will take 10-12 business days for the order to reach your destination within the US. You may select the Express service through DHL Express for 3-5 business days for delivery. Again, the actual delivery time may vary, depending on the shipping method you select, your shipping address, and your local postal service. Please refer to the table below for the estimated shipping time for different locations. Please note that during the Christmas season, there may be about 1-3 days delay on the Estimated arrival time.

2. How to Track My Order
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment email confirmation with a tracking number. To track an order on the website, please click on the Track My Order button on the top left corner of mobile web browsing, or in the top right corner of desktop browsing.
Please note:
- At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery times.
- Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.
- We do not offer overnight shipping.
- Shipping estimates are from the day of shipping not from the order submission date. We are making every effort to ship your order to you within the estimated time frames,
- We cannot guarantee every delivery within these estimated times(about 95% of the orders will arrive on time), because your order might take longer to process if you have ordered one of the most popular products or presale products that is currently unavailable or out of stock. Also, if your made-to-order personalized product fails to pass the Quality Control process, it has to be remade, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you with a perfect gift. Whenever there is a delay, we will email you as soon as possible.
- Customers are responsible for lost orders due to incorrect shipping information.
3. Can I upgrade the shipping after ordering?
Shipping is determined at the point of sale. If you need to change the shipping method, it is necessary to contact us or submit the modification request through this Shipping Modification Online Self-service Guide BEFORE SHIPPING for expedited shipping on the system. Our Customer Support will reply back to you about the postage and shipping method update within 24 hours. Once an order has been placed, there is a very narrow window in which to make changes to the order. Once the order has been packaged and handed over to the carrier, shipping cannot be updated at this point.
