Step 1: Click Track My Order here, or in the top right corner of desktop browsing, or left corner of mobile phone browsing.
Step 2: Enter the email address, which has been used to place the order and track.
Please note:
- If it says "Sorry, we cannot find any order records, please make sure you are entering the email you used to place your order", this would mean that a different/wrong email address was provided.
- Or, if you just placed the order, minutes ago, you will also get the same notificaiton, because it will take about 30 minutes for the order record processed in our fulfillment system.If you just place the order, please track it 30 mins later.
